• EU Export Control Standards: We operate under the guidelines of the EU Common Position 2008/944/CFSP, ensuring that all sourcing and procurement activities meet the European Union's criteria for military technology and equipment.

• Institutional Integrity: Our procurement process is reserved exclusively for verified governmental end-users. We require authenticated End-User Certificates (EUC) for every project, ensuring full traceability and legal accountability.

• International Sanctions Compliance: MBI Systems maintains a rigorous due diligence process, screening all operations against UN, EU, and OFAC sanctions lists.
